Courage to stand up

This is my first post and Gaurav is the reason, Gaurav Sabnis. Standing up for what you believe in takes courage. Wonder what he is going to do next in life. I can think of a hundred things he can do but will it synergize with his inner self.

I had posted this question to a group of 60 new joinees from the best MBA schools in the country, "How many of you aspire to be CEO of a company in 10 years"?.

Not many hands came up. May be, some did not want to say yes due to what they thought was politically in-correct. Majority had not given a thought to it. The mad programmed rush to get to the best b-schools / Engineering Colleges and then to get selected by the best paying campus recruiters is where a significant chapter of their life ended. What next ???

Does the resume of the innerself of thousands of Indian graduates passing out read "My ambition is to become the best VB++ / C++ programmer in the best paying multinational".

All I can say is stand up and be a Gaurav.
